This elongated piece is the cylinder, a discrete aromatherapy diffuser. Inspired in an object common in tool boxes, it is our McGyver of well-being. Insert a small piece of cotton string, where you drop the essential oil, to liberate its volatile molecules along the day.  You can also use other materials, such as felt, cotton wool, a small knot of wool or what you have at hand.
Even as a separate piece, it comes with a pin to help you replace refills.
